Honey Wheat Bread

There is just something about a fresh pan of homemade bread. This recipe is the easiest way to make bread, and makes your house so cozy with the smell!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon yeast

2 cups warm water

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp of salt

Two tablespoons avocado oil

4 and a half cups flour

Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of yeast, 2 cups of warm water, and 1/4 cup honey. Whisk together and let proof for ten minutes.

Add one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons avocado oil, and four and a half cups flour. Use mixer until it starts to pull away from bowl.

Put a towel over it and let sit for about an hour until it doubles in size.

Remove the towel, punch dough.
Bring it out onto floured surface and divide into two. Pull into rectangular shape and roll into loaf shapes.

Put into greased loaf pans, cover with towel, and let rise additional hour and a half.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes then put butter on top. Enjoy!
